NZ consumer confidence rises to 3-month high in Apr

Consumer confidence in New Zealand rose to a three month high in April with respondents more positive about the short and long term outlook, a survey showed on Thursday.

The ANZ-Roy Morgan consumer confidence index rose to 128.8 from 124.6 in March. A reading above 100 shows optimism, while below 100 indicates pessimism.
