Marni Market starts 2022 national pop up tour in China and Japan

Italian luxury fashion house Marni kicked off Marni Market  pop up tour  in China and Japan on 1st May. Taking place in China and Japan, Marni Market is showcasing Marni’s iconic bags, woollen cushions, chairs and other home decor items in the pop up stores.

Marni Market pop up stores welcome consumers with playful handmade items in a space full of colors and light inspired by geometric and futuristic contemporary art. Marni Market was launched in Nanjing and Guangzhou in China starting from 1st May and 15th May respectively and is held in Tokyo, Japan on 10th May and Osaka on 18th May.

New products and special editions of Marni Market basket bags will be launched separately in different Marni Markets on different days. Marni Market in Nanjing featured black and white basket bags, while rainbow basket bags will be released in Guangzhou station. In Japan, tote bags made with tatami, a Japanese traditional material, will be the focus for Japan’s Marni Market.

Fitting in with Marni Market, Marni pushed out an online campaign for consumers to purchase new releases after they launch in Marni Market. Special offers will  be provided to online shoppers.

In addition, eco-bags, bandanas, and umbrellas are also available at Marni Market. Unique chairs and stools with PVC tubes woven into a metal frame, fruit baskets, rugs and cushions are also some of the highlights of the pop up stores.
