Located in The One shopping centre, in Tsim Sha Tsui, the new Lojel Lab spans two floors in the heart of Kowloon’s business district, and is curated for both travel enthusiasts and those seeking modern carry essentials.
Inside, the store’s minimalist decor features a natural wood colour scheme, reflective of the brand’s sustainable products, which come with a ten-year warranty.
In addition to serving as a retail store, Lojel Lab acts as a dedicated space for customers to receive on-site luggage repairs and product maintenance services.
Moreover, the Lab offers in-house personalisation, including engraving which is offered for the Iloj Collection, including the Slim Wallet and AirTag Holder, as well as the Phone Sling, Key Case, and Card Holder.

“Lojel Lab is a celebration of sustainability, innovation, and meaningful connections,” said the brand in a press release.
“Driven by their mission to spark the human connections that make the world a better place, Lojel works to unite their global community around the transformative power of purposeful design and conscious choices – with The Lab as the new beacon at the centre of it all.”
Founded in 1989, Lojel describes itself as a brand “uniting where quality meets craftsmanship, while embodying the values of minimalism, innovation, and sustainability.”
The Lojel Lab joins five current Lojel stores in Hong Kong, with the brand also present in Cambodia, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Lojel boasts some 500 stores worldwide.
