K11 Group, a unique concept brand pioneered by cultural entrepreneur Adrian Cheng that combines art and commerce in commercial and residential real estate in Greater China and around the world, announced its latest development K11 ATELIER King’s Road was granted the Occupation Permit, four weeks ahead of schedule, and the premises will be handed over by the end of 2019.
