AEON MALL Kawaguchi to open in Japan


AEON MALL Kawaguchi, a new mall opened by AEON in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture, Japan, will celebrate its grand opening on 28th May, 2021.

During 34 years since its opening in 1984, the mall had been very popular among customers. In response to diversified customer demands and a digital society, the mall was temporarily closed at the end of August 2018.

This time, with the concept of “Kawaguchi green park”, and based on the social environment under the new normal, AEON will open a fresh new “AEON MALL Kawaguchi” that integrates brick-and-mortar and digital elements. Besides providing convenience to local residents in their everyday life, it will also offer high-quality and diversified services.

The Mall will open the largest food area in the region, with a food court that has approx. 1,000 seats and 15 stores as well as restaurants offering Japanese cuisine, Chinese cuisine, Western cuisine and so on. Besides fresh fish, meat and vegetables, the food area will also offer desserts and groceries.

About 150 stores including fashion, home appliances, sports, amusement, cinema and gyms will provide customers with one-stop high-quality commodities and services.
