Sephora announced the new launch of Glow Recipe at Sephora Hong Kong on 28th January, 2021.

Glow Recipe is a clean, fruit-powered, unapologetically fun skin-care line inspired by Korean beauty. Co-founded by beauty industry veterans Sarah Lee and Christine Chang, Glow Recipe was launched as a specially curated destination for natural, cruelty-free beauty products and a platform to introduce the latest skin-care innovations from South Korea to beauty lovers across the world. Sarah and Christine vetted each brand to ensure sustainable practices and no harsh ingredients were used in any products.
Glow Recipe is focused on providing first to market innovations paired with education and skintertainment, to ultimately empower consumers to bring out their glow. Glow Recipe Skincare was born in 2017 with the debut of the best-selling Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask and Blueberry Bounce Gentle Cleanser. At launch, the Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask sold out over seven times on both glowrecipe.com and at Sephora, generating a waitlist that exceeded 8,000 people. The Glow Recipe business has tripled in growth, year on year, since its inception.
To date, the brand has expanded its cult-favorite Watermelon franchise, while expanding to other fruit products that feature Avocado, Pineapple, and Banana. Every new addition to the Glow Recipe family has ranked #1 in traffic or sales at Sephora US at launch. Glow Recipe expanded internationally to Cult Beauty in the UK, Douglas Cosmetics in Germany, and Mecca in Australia/New Zealand, and will be newly launched at Sephora Hong Kong on 28th January.
