The three F&B outlets will include two full-service restaurants, each unique in both dining concept and design. One is located along the waterfront promenade in the Art Park on the B1 level and the other on the Roof Garden on the 3/F of the M+ building, designed by world-renowned architecture firm Herzog & de Meuron.

These restaurants are to be operated by Lai Sun Dining, a hospitality group which has a total of nine Michelin stars counted in the group’s portfolio and is best known for its unique culinary concepts and best-in-class hospitality across Asia and the United Kingdom. Lai Sun Dining will create a new dining concept exclusively for M+.

Adjoining the waterfront promenade museum shop is a tea and coffee bar designed by Herzog & de Meuron and to be operated by CURATOR Creative Café, a local Hong Kong lifestyle brand deeply committed to the arts and the tea and coffee culture.
