SSP Group will open six food & beverage units at the new Beijing Daxing International Airport.

As reported, the airport was officially opened on 25 September, 2019 by China President Xi Jinping. It will receive the first international flights on 27 October.
The SSP portfolio will include Blue Frog Bar & Grill, one of the fastest growing Western casual dining restaurants in China, which will open in the third floor airside zone. The chain’s menu features an emphasis on North American flavours, including steaks, burgers, sliders, and ribs.
Popular Japanese restaurant chain Saboten will also make its first appearance at a mainland airport in China, with a new outlet opening on the second floor of the domestic airside area. It will feature Saboten’s signature dishes such as its special tonkatsu sauce and Koshihikari rice.
A second Saboten unit will open on the fifth floor departure landside mezzanine alongside three further Asian F&B brands. These include Michelin-recommended wonton noodle specialist Chee Kei; Chinese snacks chain Taoyuan Village and Hungry Korean, which will serve Korean dishes with a modern twist.

The extensive commercial offer at Daxing also features China Duty Free Group and Lagardère Travel Retail in the international area, plus a host of the world’s leading luxury brands, spearheaded by Louis Vuitton, in the domestic duty paid zone.
