The concept of ‘flow’ is to provide customers with seamless and contactless services, including payment and delivery, to meet their increasingly digitalised lifestyles. Meanwhile Baskin Robbins stores will have an opportunity to open such fully automated shops to help boost their growth and establish a co-prosperity model.

The unmanned store chain will house Ready Packs filled with the Flavour of the Month and 120 kinds of products including ice cream with organic, delight and probiotics flavors. A dessert lineup of ice cream treats including cereals will also be available in the new store.

‘flow’ introduced cutting-edge IoT solutions for unmanned stores and applied the solutions all the way from entering the store to buying products to ensure every visitor can use its services 24/7. For now, flow delivery is available from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. Besides, in a bid to enrich the offline shopping experience, ‘flow’ will launch ‘Happy Real,’ a local marketing service using XR (extended reality) technology, in the first half of next year.
