Founded in 2013 by a creative trio comprising Sylvie Loday, Olivier Royère, and Benoît Verdier, Ex Nihilo derives its name from the Latin expression meaning “a new creation with no previously known reference.”

In Hong Kong, the fragrance house has introduced aninnovation called the Osmologue, a unique technology that enables personalisation of the Initiale and Babylone collections according to each client’s preferences. The service is exclusively available at the brand’s flagship stores in Paris, Los Angeles, Dubai, Doha, Riyadh, and now, Hong Kong.

Through the Osmologue technology, the brand offers a semi-customised fragrance experience to resonate with customers. This advanced blending machine engages the senses and conveys the brand’s essence in a captivating olfactory narrative.
