Mars Wrigley names Huyen Bui as Vietnam GM

Mars Wrigley, a prominent global player in the treats and snacks category, and a division of Mars Incorporated, has announced the appointment of Huyen Bui as general manager for Vietnam.

Huyen, an FMCG veteran with over 22 years of commercial experience within home care, snacks and beverage segments, joined the company in January and now assumes responsibility for overseeing a portfolio of Mars Wrigley’s brands in Vietnam.

Vietnam holds a significant position as one of the eight strategic key markets in Asia, aligning with the region’s crucial role in driving Mars Wrigley’s global growth objective of doubling its annual revenue to USD36 billion for its snacking division.

As general manager for Vietnam, Huyen will play a vital role in optimising market share, distribution, and profitability in this strategic market for Mars Wrigley Asia. She will also prioritise nurturing local talent and enhancing Mars Wrigley’s brand presence in Vietnam.

Reporting directly to Kalpesh Parmar, general manager for Mars Wrigley Asia, Bui also joins the Mars Wrigley Asia Leadership Team, in line with Mars Wrigley’s commitment to promoting gender diversity and representation in its Asia offices.
