Kate Moss launches cosmetics brand Cosmoss

Beauty & wellness brand Cosmoss will officially be launched on September 1, marking Kate Moss’ move into the increasingly crowded celebrity health & beauty industry, alongside Gwyneth Paltrow, Kourtney Kardashian, Miranda Kerr and Holly Willoughby.

Through Cosmoss, Kate Moss debuts a collection that reflects her journey of self-acceptance and creative expression in a curated edit of products. The exact list of the brand’s offerings is yet to be announced, but Moss revealed “each ritual is meticulously crafted to promote balance, restoration, and love.”

Currently, three new products have been tentatively announced with more details expected to follow. Among which, the first product announced was Sacred Mist, a unique fragrance blended with essential oils for an invigorating effect. Other products included in the first round of product line up include a face cream that nourishes the skin with botanical ingredients and a skincare oil containing CBD, a blend of organic active ingredients and frankincense to rejuvenate the skin.

Moss revealed her new venture in an Instagram video last week, with visuals of the style icon diving into a stunning lake, as the camera follows her journey, she smiles and whispers, “Follow me to Cosmoss.” As of now, the Instagram page has garnered 29,200 followers.

Prior to its launch on September 1, Moss has already made COSMOSS VOGUE-official in a cover shoot for VOGUE France’s September issue. The only question that remains is – will COSMOSS become the next IT-brand like it plans out to be?
