Dior announced its partnership with Horizon Venues, a free virtual venue system developed by Meta Platforms, to broadcast its Spring 2023 Men’s Capsule Collection with Meta Quest virtual reality headset.

The Dior Men Spring 2023 Capsule Collection took place in Los Angeles on the 19th May, 2022. The house chose to hold the show in California to celebrate the unbreakable ties that have bonded Christian Dior with the United States since 1947.
To join this immersive experience, participants were required to have a Meta virtual reality headset and the Horizon Venues application. Upon “entering” the venue, as in a futuristic movie theater – spectators were able to attend the show as if they were there, a first for Dior.

The show will thereafter be accessible for viewing in 360 on the Oculus TV app.
