EXCLUSIVE : Best Retail Experience Award 2019 – Winners

Within the framework of the Luxury Symposium and in partnership with the French Chamber of Commerce, Retail in Asia announced the winners for the 2nd edition of the Best Retail Experience Award.

The aim of this initiative was to reward the best retail experience within the region across 4 categories.

The jury members, all with different backgrounds, looked at different factors such as alignment between brand DNA and store design, Visual Merchandising, uniqueness of the experience, customer engagement, ambiance, and quality of the material for submission.

The call was sent out in early July 2019 through different channels, and applications closed early October.

Over 50 applications for concepts opened all across Asia were received.

With their UNBOXED by Singtel, a revolutionary AI-powered unmanned pop-up store launched in Singapore in June 2019.

With their concept Love Playground by Kiehl’s in Malaysia.

K11 Concepts Limited doubles with their concept K11 MUSEA.

Sustainability is central to the design of K11 MUSEA.

K11 MUSEA holds green building certifications, including U.S. LEED Gold Level Certification and Hong Kong BEAM Plus (Provisional Assessment – Gold level) Building Certification.
