The Retail Summit

Taking place on 10-11 March 2020 in Dubai, The Retail Summit brings together senior executives from international retailers and parallel industries to create and debate the future of commerce. The Summit addresses urgent issues changing the global retail landscape and highlights the need for retailers to adapt their business models to meet the demands of the “always-on” consumer through disruptive technologies, enhancing customer experience, accessibility and creating sustainable and ethical supply chains.
The Summit attracts attendance from 900 international retailers, director-level or equivalent and an exclusively C-level speaker faculty of 80 executive retailers, business leaders, entrepreneurs and disruptors. From start-ups that have reinvented a category to organisations delivering a truly differentiated customer experience, The Retail Summit will also shine a light on some of the fastest-growing verticals in retail, with sessions dedicated to emerging segments such as the sharing economy and the second-hand apparel market.
A key feature of the event is the Marketplace, an experiential exhibition designed to showcase innovative retail brands from around the world looking to explore opportunities in the Middle East. The Marketplace will feature a modern pop-up retail location, fitted out with the latest unique products and concepts, providing the perfect environment to showcase products and business whilst building the contacts necessary to assist with international expansion.
