‘Disruption and challenges: Where luxury goes next’

Organised by the French Chamber in Hong Kong, this half-day conference will gather 200+ key players from the luxury industry at one of the most exclusive venues in Central to share leading insights from some of the sector’s biggest names, including:
Benjamin Vuchot (Sephora), Elise Gonnet-Pon (L’Ecole Van Cleef & Arpels), Giorgio Belloli (Farfetch), and more.

Expert speakers will give their take on the latest retail trends and how to adapt to the new digital landscape in offering the best customer experience. Also, in a constantly evolving environment, and in regards to the situation in Hong Kong, leaders from the luxury industry will explain the initiatives to be taken from innovation to long term strategy.

The Luxury Symposium will take place from 2pm to 6pm and will be followed by a cocktail with a view.
