Touchscreen IC design house Elan Microelectronics, which has accused Apple of infringing its multi-touch technology, has filed another lawsuit with the US International Trade Commission alleging that Apple is violating section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 by importing and selling its iPhone and other multi-touch devices made using its patents.
