French shoe designer Christian Louboutin has just filed legal action against Yves Saint Laurent (YSL) in a New York court over alleged copying its trademark red sole.
Louboutin claims he had been forced to take legal action as his reputation is at stake. His company’s US subsidiary claims USD1 million in damages.
