C.P. Company has expanded into mainland China with the opening of the luxury brand’s first flagship store in Shanghai, its first flagship in Asia

Located on the second floor of the city’s Rèel luxury mall, situated at 1601 Nanjing Road, the new C.P. Company store features floor-to-ceiling windows and a honeycomb roof structure, while inside lie an an immersive customer experience for visitors to take part in.
The new store will also showcase the outerwear brand’s upcoming fall/winter 2024 collection, which marks a new chapter in the history of C.P. Company. The collection honours the firm’s military-inspired sportswear roots, offering a melange of performance, contemporary design, and textile innovation.
The Shanghai opening showcases C.P. Company’s commitment to establishing its presence in the Chinese market, and marks an important step in its global retail expansion plans, with more locations to open across the mainland, according to a press release.
“The opening of the Shanghai store is an important milestone for the brand in its growth and development in China, but it will not be the only one,” said Lorenzo Osti, president of C.P. Company, whose founder Massimo Osti took several trips to China from the early 70’s, where he developed a fondness for the nation’s culture and manufacturing.
“This year, C.P. Company will land also in Beijing, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Changchun, and other key cities. We are confident in the long-term expansion of C.P. Company in China and look forward to seeing the brand grow evenmore there.”
Exact location and opening details of the upcoming Chinese stores are yet to be announced.
C.P. Company has flagship stores in London, Riccione, Milan, and Amsterdam.
