Australian customs rolled over penalties

Australian Customs officials have been forced to reverse a year-old imposition of potentially millions of dollars in dumping duties on imported toilet paper after a scathing review of their work.

Attorney-General Robert McClelland this week revoked the December 31, 2008, decision to penalise companies associated with Indonesia’s Sinar Mas over their export price for toilet paper sold to Woolworths.
