Moschino collaborates with the COVA for an Afternoon Tea Set for Two from 30th September until 1st November 2020, presenting exquisite bites in a glamorous and edible pleasure.

One of the main inspirations of the tea set takes reference to Moschino Fall Winter 2020 collection’s evening gowns that were designed to mimic tiered cakes that paid tribute to Marie Antoinette’s famous quote of ‘Let them eat cake’.
Senior Head Chef of Cova HK-Liu Cheuk Shun is inspired by the runway looks and has incorporated the extravagance of the looks into the four savory canapés, turning Moschino’s fantasy touches to edible desires.

Highlights include the Net shape decoration on theFoie Gras, caviar & seaweed round tart that is prepared by natural squid ink and flour, mimicking the black blazer dress with tulle of Look 15 from the show.
Lobster & pink sauce tart features a turquoise blue colored linguine that resembles the scarf of Look 28 from the show.

Executive Pastry Chef, Kan Chi Chiu has created four sweets bites inspired by the outfits’ color, pattern and shape. Strawberry mousse with peach glazes its on a shortbread pastry base and covered with peach glaze, adorned with a Moschino logo that reinforce brand presence.
Infused with chantilly cream and custard cream, together with meringue and butterfly pea flower petals on top, Snow white tart reveals a gastronomic desire. The tea set comes in a pink cake tower stand that is inspired by one of the iconic look from the Moschino Fall Winter 2020 collection for both dine-in & takeaway options.
