In Young has been working as a market insight analyst at Bluebell Korea since April 2017.
She is responsible for monitoring and analyzing market information, data, market trends, strategies and competition analysis aiming at increasing the Company’s competitiveness.
She provides the company with market insights, upcoming changes and potential opportunities & threats to suggest actions to anticipate the changes and develop a competitive advantage.
Prior to this position, In Young worked as a KPI&Sales assistant for 2 years at Bluebell Korea, which managed brand’s performance such as productivity, UPT&SPT and supported to establish action plan in line with brand strategy.
She worked very closely with Bluebell Managers, Brand Managers, aiming at increasing sales performance. She contributed to internal communication and awareness of corporate direction, mission, values and activities.
She is also RiA Editor for the Korean market.
