Bixby is Samsung’s artificial intelligence-powered assistant. It can detect visual information such as translation, shopping, food, make-up, etc. through the phone’s camera.

The Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 + smart phones, launched in about 70 countries around the world, are optimized for ‘visual communication’ that communicates with videos and photos.

Especially, in the ‘make-up mode’ of Bixbe, Amorepacific’s make-up look and products are installed as basic functions.

Amorepacific said the new service will also allow users to purchase products they try out.

In Korea, the service will be available for nine Amorepacific brands, starting with Sulwhasoo, Laneige, Iope, Mamonde, Aritaum, Etude House and Espoir and then expanding to Innisfree and Hera in May.

On Galaxy S9 and S9+ models sold in China, the function will be available for Etude House and Innisfree. In the United States, users can try out Laneige products.
