Tiffany & Co. opens new Sydney store

International jeweller Tiffany & Co. has opened a new store in Sydney this month, taking its retail store count to ten in Australia.

Located in Westfield Sydney, the new outfit spans 200 square metres, and is found on the fourth floor of the shopping mall.

It serves as the fourth Sydney location for the New York-based jeweller, and will assist the firm in its transition of its flagship Castlereagh Street store, which is to be relocated in late 2017.

From the outset a stainless steel and blue glass facade opens out onto pedestrians. Much like its New York flagship, the Sydney store’s interior features porcelain and natural stone amazonite floors, as well as walnut panelling and magnolia sconces.

A bridal salon and private sales salon are also inside, complimenting the recently launched Tiffany HardWear collection.

“We are excited to open a new store in Westfield Sydney as we embark on an important transformation within the Sydney market,” Tiffany & Co. VP and Australian, New Zealand head, Glen Schlehuber, told local media.

“We look forward to continuing the legendary experience that Tiffany is known for globally as we make these important moves within the Sydney market.”

Tiffany & Co. recently opened a debut Perth flagship store, in the heart of the Western Australian capital.
