Best Retail Experience Award by Retail in Asia

The Best Retail Experience Award by Retail in Asia in partnership with the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hong Kong aims to reward the best store experience within the luxury and lifestyle sectors across the region.

Retailers continuously strive to provide their customers with unforgettable shopping experiences. Now is the time to recognise those who have exceeded their customers’ expectations and turned what once seemed impossible into reality.

To reward your constant efforts, Retail in Asia and the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hong Kong launch the first Best Retail Experience Award for luxury and lifestyle retail spaces.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE

Brands, architect and design studios, training companies, digital companies providing in-store solutions… If your company is based in Asia and deals with studying or designing creative in-store experiences for the retail industry, then this is the award for you.

Your project must have been carried out and officially launched after September 2017 within a permanent store (min. 1 year rental contract) or a pop-up store (min. 1 week).

SUBMISSION PROCESS

Applications must be sent to application@retailinasia.com.

You must include the following:

  • Chosen category
  • 1 retail concept
  • Description of the customer journey (touchpoints and itinerary within the store)
  • Description of the retail experience
  • High-resolution photos (details if relevant)
  • 1 video (2 min max)

All material will be used exclusively for this purpose and shared with the jury to assist them in their decision.

The video will be used during the award ceremony while the rest of the material will be used to motivate the jury’s choice and will eventually be presented by the winner.

An international-level jury of experts, investors, academics and top managers from the retail world will evaluate the submissions.

Applications are open until 28 September 2018.

Application fee: HK$1,300 – to be paid within one week after submission.

Awardees are obliged to join the ceremony that will be held during the Luxury Symposium organised by The French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Hong Kong in early November 2018.
