Realty player Logix Group on Saturday launched its new project – Logix City Centre — in Noida. Spread across an area of six acres, Logix City Centre will have over 7 lakh square feet of retail and entertainment, and over 4 lakh sq ft of corporate towers, apart from hotels.
“The total cost of the project is Rs. 1,000 crore (USD165.7 million) , out of which Rs. 600 crore (USD99.4 million) has been spent on the mall. The mall will be ready by the coming festival season,” Shakti Nath, CMD of Logix Group, said.
