Armani Box debuts in Hong Kong

The Armani Box pop-up store has opened in Hong Kong, coinciding with the launch of Armani Beauty’s newest make-up products.

Armani Beauty first introduced the red Armani Box pop-up store in Paris last year and has since rolled out the concept in London’s Covent Garden. And now, the beauty concept has arrived at Hong Kong’s IFC Mall.

With hot red walls and black lighting fixtures, the interior of the store is modern and elegant, and unashamedly boasts the Italian brand’s signature gorilla.

For Armani Box, Italian artist Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba has replicated the exact gorilla statue Giorgio Armani has in his own lounge in Milan.

Named Uri, the ape is the store’s emblem and is featured on a limited edition Rouge d’Armani lipstick as well as on the Armani Box shopping bags.

With the IFC launch, Hong Kong shoppers will be able to book to have their make-up done by an Armani Face Designer and purchase the full Armani Glow complexion range, which now includes the new Power Fabric foundation.

On sale too, is the full Armani lip range including Lip Maestro and Lip Magnet. Moreover, customers can personalise their make-up products with engraving.

In addition, the pop-up store offers digital elements: a connected mirror – a personal video of a make-up session to re-create the look at home, a Look Book – an overview of all the latest beauty looks used during the Giorgio Armani Fashion Show, and also a photo booth.
