Luxury retailer YNAP Group has announced enhancements to its personal shopping services across its Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter online shopping websites, in a bid to improve services for the channels’ top customers, dubbed EIPs or Extremely Important People.
Launching first in London in September and then in Hong Kong and New York before year-end, the new services will include a new try-on & wait premium delivery service and at-home shopping consultations.
As part of the experience, EIPs will be privy to Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter’s ‘You try, we wait’ same-day delivery service and customers can request the service, through their personal shopper, with any same-day order.
This looks like trying on clothes and accessories at home or at work while the customer’s personal shopper waits. Anything to be returned can be collected immediately.
‘Net-a-Porter at home’ and ‘Mr Porter at home’ is also slated to bow for each site’s EIPs, as a series of one-on-one consultations. After each consultation, customers will receive a curated selection of product and will be invoiced only for the items they choose to keep.
“Through our network of personal shoppers, we are thrilled to be offering these new best-in-class services to our most engaged and loyal customers around the world,” said Alison Loehnis, President, Net-A-Porter and Mr Porter.
“We are committed to harnessing innovation to elevate the shopping experience, and ultimately seek to use a personalised touch to make the lives of our customers easier.”
Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter currently offer same-day premier delivery in London, New York, Hong Kong.
